Do I Need a Static IP Address to use I’m InTouch Remote Access?

No, your computer does not need to have a static IP address in order for it to be remotely accessed using I’m InTouch. With I’m InTouch’s advanced technology, even if you are using a dynamic IP address, the service will be able to find your PC on the Internet without any problems.

Your computer is identified in I’m InTouch using a Computer Name you select during installation. So as long as you remember your Computer Name, you will be able to remotely access your PC - no worrying about IP addresses is required, ever!
