Print Documents from your Remote Desktop to your Local Printer

If you have ever left the house/office and realized a bit too late that you forgot to print that document that you absolutely need to have, you will understand how useful the Remote Desktop Printing feature of I’m InTouch is. From any computer in the world with an Internet connection, you can remotely access your distant PC and then print any needed documents to your local printer.

The best part is that I’m InTouch 7.1 includes hassle-free remote printing  that does not require you to configure or install any printer drivers on your I’m InTouch computer.  Remotely printing documents really is just as easy as clicking print.

Using this feature also means you do not have to worry about transferring files to a USB memory stick or emailing them to yourself. There is no need to plan ahead and anticipate the exact documents you will need to print since you can login to your PC at anytime. A client suddenly decide they want a hard copy of a document sitting on your office workstation? No problem, remotely access your workstation and print the document for them in seconds.
