Collaborating Online is Simple Using I’m InTouch Meeting

Setting up an online web conference with I’m InTouch Meeting is incredibly easy, so easy that it only takes 3 steps to explain.

1. The Moderator logs in at www.imintouchmeeting.com

If you are in a rush, you can also select “Host an instant meeting” from www.imintouchmeeting.com to quickly start hosting a meeting.

2. The moderator creates and starts a new meeting

You will now have a unique Meeting ID for your meeting. Use the included tool to email invititations to your desired attendees. You can also phone attendees to provide them with the Meeting ID.

3. Attendees click the link on the invitation email to join

Your meeting attendees are now sharing your desktop screen. Meeting attendees do not need to be subscribers of I’m InTouch Meeting. For enhanced security, you can require a password to join your meetings.
